Memory shape yarn

Thermoform is a low-melting bio-polymer compound seamlessly integrated into standard textile processes. Activated at 65°C, this remarkable yarn transforms its textile structure, becoming malleable to achieve any desired shape. As it cools, the textile gains stiffness, forming a durable supporting structure. Upon reheating, Thermoform regains flexibility, allowing for reshaping. Its high shrinkage, when twisted, stabilizes the final textile structure. This innovative approach offers weight reduction, breathability, and versatile applications, positioning Thermoform as a pioneering product in memory shape yarn technology.
